A discount of twenty cents per gallon will be applied to your pre-paid fuel account for all deliveries made after entering into this agreement provided that your prepaid amount is being kept at a level sufficient to pay a typical delivery. At any time your credit balance has been depleted, you should replenish it to continue the twenty cent per gallon discount. You will also receive an additional $50.00 discount off your annual burner cleaning completed in 2024. 

Any credit balances remaining on the account shall be retained by Southbridge Tire Co., Inc. and will be applied to charges incurred after the contract period. 

All deliveries will be made on an automatic delivery basis and Southbridge Tire Co., Inc. 

will be the SOLE SUPPLIER of fuel to this address during the term of this agreement. 

Your account will remain on automatic delivery after your pre-purchase credit has been depleted unless Southbridge Tire Co., Inc. has been notified in writing to change your delivery status. Past due accounts will be placed on credit/delivery hold until current. 

Please note that all deliveries are subject to our ability to obtain and deliver product in 

times of severe weather, acts of war or causes beyond our control. 

By signing this agreement customer is LEGALLY contracted and agrees to the above 

terms.
